The Shirosame 3rd Build begin...


my E30 was the first to be moved into TEKNO TUNER new and bigger workshop... their old one was only 2 car spaces... what a big improvement i must say


soon all the other cars are moved to the new workshop


More Power Longer Final Drive
i was using 4.1 final and 25% LSD on my M20B28 (240hp) and M20B29 (250hp)... which is fine with me... but Indra has suggested me that this time we are gonna use 3.4 final drive to avoid stress of the engine due to revving... and since that now or next engine is making close to 258hp, but alot more torque, there should be plenty of power to utilise the lower final drive gears... so here we go... (ideally i would go for 3.7 final, which is what i am after... i am looking at the moment, might pinch it from MERAH #3 as it came with 3.7 stock being a 325i)



this is also a good time for me to learn how to rebuild this LSD diff so i can apply it back in melbourne to my MERAH #3, as i am planning to also put an LSD to it as well...




these scuff / grinded mark along the middle part of the LSD unit is due to the previous workshop did not shim the lsd properly and didn't torque the input flange bolt up to spec, hence the pinion is hitting the LSD unit...


Fresh head
we tried to weld and machined the old damaged head but we have decided to replace it with the fresher head from the new engine we bought to avoid any unwanted disaster...



New Piston New set of piston with flat head instead of 'bowl' shape like the stock one...


Bottom End back from machine shop after swapping the m20b25 crank with m52b28 crank from our #1 and #2 engine...


Aluminium 3 core radiator

we did need to cut this support bracket to fit


and take few notch on the top corner
