head being inspected. based on mr. B.P. Kusumo Bintoro, a resourceful and helpful senior member of BMWCCI, he informed me that up to 0.3mm shaving is allowed. my M20B25 head was put against glass and measured with gaping tools and some area have gap of 0.09mm so i still can shave it

the block is cleaned and measure. cylinder 3 and 4 is 'oval' because of the heat... meaning that the diameter is not 84mm all around, there are some 0.2mm differences on the different diameter orientation.
now back to rust... left front subframe today
